Project Overview
The Sales Leaderboard is a real-time performance dashboard displayed on office TV screens to track sales activity across teams and agents. The system gamifies sales performance by celebrating successful deals instantly and showing dynamic rankings.
Agents compete individually and within teams, with the platform displaying live rankings, progress toward targets, and monthly performance comparisons.
